I am a former sem-professional athlete with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. I've trained celebrities, executives, elite level athletes and everyday people from all walks of life with the latest training methods that are backed by scientific reseach. If your goals are: weight loss, performance enhancement, improved appearance, strength and conditioniong or injury prevention/rehabilitation, we are commited to helping you get in the best shape of your life. . 

            PERSONAL TRAINING

 

At our first session, we will assess your current levels of fitness so that I can create a customized program to help you reach your goals in the shortest amount of time.

            GROUP TRAINING

 

The need for bootcamp and group exercises classes has increased in the last 20 years and it seems that cardio and strength training combined seems to be the key to buring fat and building strong lean muscles.

 

High energy, positive motivation and a fun commited vibe are all key components you will find in a Gallagher fitness class. We combine everything you love about boot camps, bodyweight training, brazilian yoga (anmimal strength and conditioniong-great for MMA training) and resistence training. 

 

George Gallagher has served as a group exercise instructor and a tread and tone/bootcamp instructor for various New York Sports Club locations, David Barton Gym and Pulse Fitness Studios in Sherman Oaks, C.A.

            CORPORATE TRAINING

 

Corporate discount rates are now available for both personal training and group exercise instruction!

 

In addition, we give health talks to private companies and corporations looking to educate employees or help them improve their health and well-being to lead more active, pain-free lifestyles. Studies published in The New England Journal of Medicine and at U.C.L.A have shown that a structured exercise program boosts  productivity and performance  in the workplace.

 

FORBES magazine published an article stating that after exercising in the middle of the work day, workers are more likely to be kinder to their co-workers, increase their work performance and improve their time management. All these amount to a more productive day – all from a few minutes of exercise!
