Gallagher Fitness was originally founded to be a full service facility that can take the average person and tranform their perfomance into that of a competive athlete and satisfy all of their weight loss, toning and health goals in the process. In addition, we have serviced celebrities, executives and elite level atheltes; extending the personal training experience beyond the private session and into your daily lives in a way that is supportive, motivating, challenging and inspiring. Group exercise classes and corporate rates available. 

 

We want our clients to not only look better but feel better- no matter where they are in their health and fitness evolution, we are commited to helping them get to the next level in their physical development, redefining what they think may have been possible for them.  Beginners, intermediate or advanced clients welcomed, will be with you ever step of the way.  Bringing over 10 years of professional experience to the table, we utilize all of the latest scientifcally proven training strategies and modalities, to give you a competitive edge over your peers and yourself. 

           PERSONAL TRAINING

At our first session, we will assess your current levels of fitness so that I can create a customized program to help you reach your goals in the shortest amount of time. George Gallagher is a nationally certified personal trainer who was raised all across the U.S. and was mentored by trainers from The Olympic Training Center, in Colorado Springs, C.O. and New York Sports Clubs in New York City.

 

 

           CORPORATE FITNESS

Corporate discount rates are now available for both personal training and group exercise instruction!

 

In addition, we give health talks to private companies and corporations looking to educate employees or help them improve their health and well-being to lead more active, pain-free lifestyles. Studies published in The New England Journal of Medicine and at U.C.L.A have shown that a structured exercise program boosts  productivity and performance  in the workplace.

 

FORBES magazine published an article stating that after exercising in the middle of the work day, workers are more likely to be kinder to their co-workers, increase their work performance and improve their time management. All these amount to a more productive day – all from a few minutes of exercise!

 

           GROUP TRAINING

The need for bootcamp and group exercises classes has increased in the last 20 years and it seems that cardio and strength training combined seems to be the key to buring fat and building strong lean muscles.

 

High energy, positive motivation and a fun commited vibe are all key components you will find in a Gallagher fitness class. We combine everything you love about boot camps, bodyweight training, brazilian yoga (anmimal strength and conditioniong-great for MMA training) and resistence training. 

 

George Gallagher has served as a group exercise instructor and a tread and tone/bootcamp instructor for various New York Sports Club locations, David Barton Gym and Pulse Fitness Studios in Sherman Oaks, C.A.

 

           MUSCLE TONE

As a former semi-professional athlete and fitness model, I know the demands of building lean muscle mass under any circumstance and have the latest training modalities availabe for building strong, healthy, lean, red muscle fiber in the shortest amount of time possible.

           CORE STRENGTH

How important is the core in weight loss and strength training? Simply put, it's everything. We have custom designed training programs that utilize  swiss balls, medecine balls, kettlebells, TRX suspension training, functional movement and resistence training to name a few. You will build a strong healthy core that will help you look better and feel better!
